Founded in 2000 by Naushad Al Hawaj, our company was born from a simple belief: that construction at the highest level is an art form, not merely a technical process.

Over 25 years we have assembled a team of skilled architects, engineers, and craftspeople who share this belief — building homes and buildings across Vadakara, Kozhikode and Kerala that stand as proof of it.
